Workshop Purpose:
To look at the recruitment of Trustees, and the importance of induction when they start in their new role.
Learning Outcomes:
By the end of the workshop participants will be able to:
● Describe the role of a Skills Audit in identifying skills shortages in their Boards
● Develop a Trustee role description and person specification
● Outline the steps in selecting the right person
● List key information to be included in a Trustee’s induction.
